Sprouts

Sprouts are one of the most complete and nutritional of all foods – they are nutritional superfoods. Their nutritional value was discovered thousands of years ago by the Chinese. Sprouts are fresh, living foods that amazingly continue to grow slowly and increase in vitamin content after you have harvested them. They are not like the fruit and vegetables that you buy in the supermarket that start losing their vitamin content immediately they are picked. They are superfoods rich in vitamins, minerals proteins and enzymes and their nutrients are easy for the body to absorb.

Sprouted beans produce far less wind than whole beans and allergenic grains such as wheat and they do not induce an allergic reaction. Eating sprouted foods will help to keep your immune system strong, making you far less likely to become ill.
