Don’t overfeed your skin

A lot of people don’t know that you can also overfeed your skin. Looking back on the women I’ve met up to now, those with skin problems generally do just that: overfeed their skin. Their skin is in a state of skin obesity, as it were. Bombarded with so many different products, a person’s skin often launches an ugly protest. Noting this, the person thinks something must be done, and applies rich creams, further impairing the skin’s natural ability to clean itself.

To avoid this vicious cycle, I make a point of telling people to look at their skin and touch it before putting anything on it. Take a good look at your skin in the mirror, and carefully pick out and use only the products you really need. By doing so, you’ll keep from acquiring lifestyle diseases of the skin.
