Watsons’ Girls Day Out Beauty Bash Event

Early last month, Watsons has hosted its biggest beauty bash Watsons Girls Day Out, bringing forth the latest health and beauty brands, be it cosmetics, hair, skincare, inner beauty supplements, health, as well as a few surprise brands to pamper oneself from head to toe. The beauty bash also showcased Watsons’ own brands – Watsons Hair Pro, Pure Beauty and all new skincare line – Divinia.

Watsons presents a lively carnival of exciting activities and informative beauty tips and advice from the experts themselves. In addition, Watsons has launched its Watsons eStore, the brand’s online portal, in conjunction with Watsons 27th birthday.

I got to preview more than 20 over range of products during the event. Featuring some of the previewed products below :

Bioderma has introduced a new addition to its exclusive cleansing range – Sensibio Lait Cleansing Milk – exclusively available at Watsons, . Bioderma has an ultra-light texture that provides gentle cleansing and removal of makeup from face to eyes. Formulated with Toleridine® patent, it is claimed to increase skin tolerance and reduce skin sensitivity. Priced at S$26.90 for 250ml.

Vichy introduced a new whitening skincare range named Ideal White, specially created for Asian women. Ideal White’s new Metabolic Whitening complex is said to enhance the skin’s whitening balance and boosts skin’s metabolism for spotless, healthy glowing skin. The range consists of a Deep Cleansing Foam S$39, Cosmetic Water S$39, Essence S$65, Gel Cream S$69, oil-free Daily Ultra-Block in SPF 40 and SPF 50 S$49. This range is available at Derma Center, selected Watsons, Guardian and Unity.

[Sharing] Limited Edition Tissue Sets From Watsons

 

This October, Watsons has launched a series of tissue sets to raise funds for the benefeciaries of Star Shelter, a crisis shelter dedicated to women and children who are victims of domestic violence and homeless due to family crisis.

The funds will help further programs such as art therapy and counselling sessions at Star Shelter that will enable women and their children to rebuild confidence and regain footing in the society.

“Colours Of Hope” – Watsons Tissue Sets designed by LASALLE students

Partnering students from LASALLE College of the Arts to design and communicate the message of hope on a series of Watsons Tissue Boxes, Mini Hankies and Travel Tissue Packs, the brand aims to raise $10,000 through the sale of these limited edition items that retails between $2.00 to $4.50.

[Quick Sharing] Watsons on Wheels – Watsons’ First Ever Mobile Truck

Watsons has recently introduced a new innovative initiative named Watsons on Wheels, Watsons’ first-ever mobile truck in partnership with key brands to bring the latest products close to consumers.

Here’s the interior view.

Watsons has recently partnered with Maybelline for its first Watsons on Wheels.

In conjunction with the brand’s 26th anniversary, Watsons is also debuting the Watsons I-Kiosk, a 21st century digital kiosk that seeks to instantaneously enhance the shopping experience of consumers in stores via up-to-date promotions and an increased interactive experience on consumers’ very own social media platforms.

In addition, Watsons will also highlight the launch of the inaugural 2014 elite card membership in celebration of their most dedicated consumers who had spent a minimum of $500 in five transactions, by doubling their membership benefits.

Watsons Celebrated Takashimaya Flagship Store’s First Birthday

 

In October 2013, to commemorate the first birthday of its revamped flagship store at Takashimaya Shopping Centre, Watsons celebrated its Watsons’ First party with a bang and hosted the first-ever closed-door VIP sale to thank the members and the media for their support. A couple of new exclusive and widely-anticipated brands and products were introduced during the event and I was glad to be invited.

Showcasing Latest Beauty Products at Watsons Beauty Day Out “Spring Colour Report 2013″

After a successful Beauty Day Out media event in 2012, Watsons has recently held another Beauty Day Out – Spring Colour Report 2013 – in February 2013 to showcase a wide selection of the latest beauty products that have recently been launched and most are exclusively available at Watsons Singapore.

Products range from cosmetics, hair, skincare and inner beauty oral supplements. New exclusive brands were also been introduced such as Elite Models Makeup, Eyemasing and Rock Beauty. And some of the Watsons’ exclusive brands that were also been featured in Spring Report 2013 include Candy Doll, Heroine Make, Aqualabel, Senka, Dr. Wu Clinical Skincare, GLOW™ and Brand’s@ InnerShine@.

I’m not too sure if you are aware of this – Watsons, Asia’s largest health and beauty retailer, has been the No. 1 pharmacy/drugstore brand in Asia for 4 consecutive years from 2009 to 2012. Watsons Singapore has now more than 100 stores located islandwide, with more than 30 pharmacies located in its key stores.

I was glad to being invited to this Beauty Day Out – Spring Colour Report 2013 media event in February 2013 that was held at 7 Adam Park.

Alike last event, the invited guests were divided into groups (about 5 – 7 guests) and were guided with a representative to tour around the ‘counters’ at the big event hall at level two.

A Beauty Day Out With Watsons!

Many weeks ago, Watsons, Singapore’s No. 1 favorite health and beauty retailer (as confirmed by AC Nielson), have held their first-ever BEAUTY DAY OUT – a beauty party where we get to preview a wide array of skincare, cosmetics, haircare and oral supplement brands to help us look our best, at anytime!

What a great time to pamper and glam ourselves up in preparation for the year-end festivities and finish 2012 with a bang!

It’s gonna be a super long post with loads of pictures! :D

The BEAUTY DAY OUT was held at Fullhouse @ Rendezvous Hotel. As the whole venue was divided into different beauty sections, the guests were divided into a group of five to seven and we were led by a “beauty tour guide” to different sections at one time. This Vichy corner was actually our last stop.

DHC Colllagen Drinks were served as a starter drink.

Our (my group’s) first stop was the ATORREGE AD+ beauty section.

Myself, ATORREGE AD+’s ambassador Lim Pei Fan (Mediacorp YES 93.3FM DJ) and Mag from Makeup Stash (right).
