Unveiled VanityTrove Box October 2012 Edition

For those who enjoy pampering yourself with beauty treats and always on the lookout for the latest beauty products, then VanityTrove may be what you are looking for!

Numerous monthly beauty box subscription services, such as VanityTrove, BellaBox and Glamabox, have been launched and surprisingly gaining popularity among beauty enthusiasts in the recent years.

With only a monthly subscription of S$25 for VanityTrove, you will receive a surprise filled with beauty treats made for a different beauty story each month, delivered right to your doorstep.

VanityTrove is relatively pricier than BellaBox (S$15 per month) and Glamabox (S$18 per month). Well let me unveil the VanityTrove Beauty Box to see if it’s worth the value!

Upon opening the box…….

A stack of pamphlets and vouchers greeted me…..

Dada!! WoW! Looks interesting upon first sight!

This full-size Audrey Christian PUSH UP Breast, Neck & Tummy Cream caught my first attention. Probably is the color of the packaging, I love pink! The Push Up Cream is claimed to help keep the breast looking youthful and in good shape. It firms up the skin which supports and holds the breast tissue in form.

Was trying to figure out what is this upon first sight.

Okies! This Bourjois Queen Attitude Khol Kajal is actually an eyeliner and inner eyelid. Looks interesting! It’s kind of too thick for me though.

I’m glad to receive these two deluxe size VMV Hypoallergenics skincare products. VMV Hypoallergenics is claimed to be the only brand to validate its hypoallergenicity and products are free of fragrance, paraben and preservative.

Formulated with monolaurin, VMV Hypoallergenics Hydra Balance Gentle Cream Cleanser for combination skin (on the left) is a soft, gentle and moisturizing facial cleanser that is suitable for combination skin and is said to be suitable for kids above 9 years old too. Monolaurin is said to help control acne while enhance hydration in drier areas. It is free of fragrance and preservatives.

Enriched with virgin coconut oil, monolaurin and glycerin, VMV Hypoallergenics Hydra Balance Smart Moisturizer for combination skin (on the right) is said to provide intensive hydration without skin feeling greasy nor clogging the pores.

VMV Hypoallergenics is now located at ION Orchard #B3-48.

Oops forgot to flip the products. Also received 3 trial pieces of Methode SWISS Beauty Care products – Thermal Therapy Eye Essence, Thermal Oxygen Soothing Eye Cream and Thermal Oxygen Overnight Eye Mask.

Methode SWISS Beauty Care is only available at Sasa beauty stores.

This Korea’s Leaders Insolution Hydrogel Eye Therapy Patch is claimed to help reduce puffiness, darkness, fine lines, wrinkles and roughness around eyes area. It is the winner for the CLEO Beauty Hall of Fame 2012.

The Essence Of Nature Lavender Sap Patch, from Korea, absorbs waste materials from the body to relieve minor muscle aches, boost body energy and improves immune system, blood circulation and quality of sleep.

Also received a DHC Olive range brochure with 4 sachet samples of Deep Cleansing Oil, Mild Soap, Mild Lotion and Olive Virgin Oil.

There’s a VanityTrove card that features a summarized info of the beauty products in the monthly box.

And lastly complimentary vouchers especially for the subscribers.

I’m pretty pleased with what I have received in the VanityTrove October Edition box. So is it worth the S$25 subscription? Probably yes!
